Centro Zlín - Retail Park

The retail park is the largest in Zlin region, 100% occupied with a GLA of 15 399 sq m, in two-phase development projects in 2005 and 2011.

International anchor brands are ASKO Furniture, Sportisimo, Action, DM Drogerie, Takko, and Mountfield. Local retailers are Breno, Siko, and Prospánek. Our team developed the retail park from conception to completion in two new phases in 2005 and 2011, and a new retailer with the addition of the KFC drive-thru in 2016. The team undertook all land acquisition, complete design and permitting, project management, leasing, and multiple bank refinancing. Developed in a long-term joint venture under a separate account with a HNW Swiss Family Office.
