Jonathan has 30 year proven track record in Real estate investment working as a principal, investor and developer. He founded Discovery Group in 1997 and Discovery Group Fund in 2008. Previously he was a Managing Director at Horsham Corporation in CEE and a Director of Herring Son & Daw Plc. Jonathan is a founder of the Pink Crocodile Charity and School and a Vice President of the Prague Society for International Co-operation. Jonathan is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS) with a Bachelors degree from the University of London in Real Estate.

Ignacio has 25 years of professional institutional real estate experience in CEE. He has been acting CIO of the Group for over 17 years and previously worked as a senior risk specialist at GE Real Estate focussed on CEE aquisitions and prior for Credit Suisse First Boston in the U.S. Ignacio has an Economics degree from the University of Oviedo in Spain and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.

Paulina has 27 years of professional experience and was a founder Director and acting COO of the Group for over 23 years . She worked previously for Citibank. Paulina has a Bachelors degree from the University of London in Real Estate Management and a certificate in Shopping Center Management from International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Grace has over 20 years of professional experience in Banking having worked as Director at Citibank for over 15 years focussed on Financial Management in London and Prague and more recently as Director of Fund Administration for the Group. Grace has a Bachelors degree from the University of London in Business Studies.

Eva has 32 years of professional experience in leading roles in accounting, tax, and finance. She has served as the Finance Manager at BakerTilly CZ for over 11 years and an Finance Director at Ballymore Group for 7 years.

Jana joined Discovery Group in 2021. Prior to joining Discovery, she worked as a construction consultant for Hill International and Kubík a.s. She is responsible for permitting and development management of Discovery Group projects in the Czech and Slovak Republic.

Josef has 10 years of professional experience as a real estate and investment professional. Before joining Discovery group, Josef worked for Czech real estate investment companies focusing on acquisitions and deal structurig of retail and logistics assets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Josef has a Masters Degree in Economics from Masaryk University in Brno.

Marek has over 13 years of professional experience in real estate, focusing on leasing, expansion, and asset management. At Discovery Group, he manages leasing and asset strategies across the Czech and Slovak retail portfolio, focusing on maximising asset value and building long-term tenant partnerships.

Previously, he held senior roles at CBRE, ČSOB, IKEA, and at Tchibo, where he led the retail expansion and construction in the Czech and Slovak markets. Marek holds a Master’s degree and an MBA in economics and business.
